1. Will our relationship with you be free of any potential conflicts of interest?*
We cannot accept your application if you work for a company that is in competition either directly or indirectly, with any of the schools currently in partnership with Gatlin Education Services.
2. Are you willing to enter into a confidentiality agreement with us?*
Before we provide you with any training and course access, we will ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement. The document provides Gatlin with your written guarantee that you will not disclose proprietary information to anyone else or use those secrets to compete unfairly against Gatlin.
3. What hours are you available to facilitate the course(s)?*
We understand that many of our facilitators have other work commitments, yet we have a strict response schedule to student communications. How many estimated hours do you have per week to respond to student and staff communications?
4. Are you comfortable communicating with students via email, Live Chat and/or phone?*
Working with students over the Internet can be both invigorating and frustrating. We look for facilitators who love to help others, who are humble, eager to assist those in need, and respectful of the thoughts and beliefs of others. Facilitators should be able to communicate these Gatlin philosophies to the student.
5. Are you willing to make suggestions for improving the course you're requesting to facilitate?*
Some courses require routine updating to meet industry standards. We like to work with facilitators who are willing to give productive suggestions on improvement of course content.
6. Can you work under a senior facilitator and follow the current course curriculum and methodology, and are you willing to take direction as part of a team?*
Our courses require multiple facilitators and the senior facilitator will be responsible for training and communicating other Gatlin procedural changes to the facilitating staff.
